Directions

The Osceola County Courthouse is, by federal law, a smoke free environment. Smoking is not  permitted.  Weapons are not allowed in the courthouse. All visitors are required to go through a metal detector.  The Courthouse opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Court Holidays.

Note
The following items will be prohibited from coming into the courthouse:

  • Firearms
  • Knives of any type
  • Handcuffs/handcuff keys
  • Scissors
  • Razors
  • Box cutters
  • Pepper spray
  • Aerosol cans
  • Tools
  • Tape measures
  • Clay and/or putty material
  • Glass perfume bottles over 4 oz
  • Chains over 12" in length
  • Oversized belt buckles
